The Honorable Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
President of the Philippines
Malacañang Palace
San Miguel, Manila, Metro Manila
Dear President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.,
My name is Ryza Kashmir Patubo, 15 years old and currently studying at Ilocos Sur National High School from the class section of Grade-10 Markow of Mathematics Class.
I would like to reach out my concerns regarding the lack of classrooms in many different schools in our country. I know that my school is not the only one suffering with this issue. With the lack of classrooms, it led students to have a "shifting classes"; some students will wake up very early to start they’re class while others go home late at night. It is very hard for students especially those who take public transportation. Some teachers and students even conduct their class outdoor bearing the hot humidity. This was already observed in our country from the beginning of the school year 2022-2023. This issue makes me feel very upset and sad because seeing my fellow students in this type of situation brake me so much.
Thank you so much for your consideration about this issue and your response will be much appreciated. With your support, I am certainly confident that students will have more confident and convenient with their studies. You may reach me at the address above, or at ryza.kashmir26@gmail.com. Thank you for your continuous leadership to the Republic of the Philippines and to us, the people.
Yours sincerely,
Ryza Kashmir Patubo
